It truly is so much fun being a part of a lingerie photo shoot, as was the case with these photos taken by the talented William Williams.  Both he and model Holly Parker collaborated to create these striking images featuring lingerie picked up from Faire Frou Frou!   What's always interesting is seeing how a given photographer selects lingerie from our shop and makes them come to life with distinct style and personality in their work.  We were very impressed with what William did here! 
Probably most of our lingerie fans recognize the Bordelle Tutu Waspie, which was perfectly paired with a Tamzin Lillywhite pony ear bridle.  Other pieces from our boutique include the red Lascivious Helena bra/panty set, the Lascivious Tyra cropped (strappy) top, and the Marlies Dekkers 'Leading Strings' strappy thong.

It's been a while since we featured a lingerie editorial on our blog, and luckily the right lingerie in the right images made it our way.  These photos include lingerie from some of our favorite British designers, such as Lascivious, Ayten Gasson and Ell & Cee.  The photos are by Ewelina Stechnij, whose work we are certain you've seen before if you are a fan of our blogs and Lascivious.  Just as a refresher, we will re-post some of her older work on our Tumblr, so check it out here!

Lascivious - Fall/Winter 2012

As we expect the new Fall/Winter 2012 collection from Lascivious to arrive at our store any day now, we wanted to give you a taste of what to expect!  We are extremely excited to present the latest group, Lola, which is featured in the first few images.  It's a new look for this sexually-charged UK luxury brand, and destined to be a best-seller!  It features pieces made from geometric circle mesh and contrasting paneling, trimmed with grosgrain elastic. The suspender tights from this group are sure to be a favorite...for those of you wishing to wear them discreetly or more provocatively! 
The Lascivious team recognizes that some of its collections are timeless and essential, which means that many of the favorites from past seasons are reissued and available once again.  For instance, the Midori bodysuit (shown above, 3rd image from the bottom) was an item we sold at our boutique about 3-4 years ago, but there's still a high demand for that very piece.

Scallop Lace - Fall Lingerie Trend

A lovely little trend we've spotted this season at Faire Frou Frou is the use of scallop lace.  Lingerie brands Lascivious and Mimi Holliday have struck a chord with our customers, because these pieces have been selling out fast! We knew we liked scallop lace, but we were pleasantly surprised to see how much you liked it too!
It has a bit of an Art Deco feel to it, and is a slight departure from the lace trims we so commonly see on most of our lingerie.  The scallop lace is a fresh approach to classic styling.  Don't you agree?  Aren't you craving this for yourself?!

Lascivious - Spring 2010 at Faire Frou Frou

We are so excited about the Spring 2010 collection from UK label Lascivious! Known as one of the best-selling brands at Faire Frou Frou, this hot little label is showing off yet another strong collection of stylishly naughty intimates. Nobody merges chic style with naughty/sexy quite like Lascivious.
The new arrivals are now posted on our website, but they are selling quickly! As it is we are waiting for a re-order on the Star Stockings (shown above) and one of the belt styles...and we just got the collection a few days ago!
We should note that Lascivious is right on-trend this season with plenty of sexy bodysuit styles to chose from. We are carrying such a wide selection of bodysuits by a few of our brands that our online store now has its own Bodysuits section!
