This post is dedicated to the photography of Andy Julia. We love discovering beautiful images from talented photographers, and naturally we have to share when lingerie is involved!
The first image (with the white eyelet bustier) includes a piece by French lingerie designer Nuits de Satin. We're not sure if this was for the brand's catalog or an editorial shot, but either way it's lovely.
Our favorite piece is the very couture-looking bra in the 'perfume' photo.

Princesse Tam-Tam - New Fall Collection

To us, Princesse Tam-Tam represents affordable luxury. This French lingerie label has been creating adorable mix & match lingerie collections for over 20 years.
We are so pleased to reintroduce the brand into our boutique with its Fall collection! We just received two groups: Jalousie & Mascara. Both groups represent everyday elegance, as their bras & panties are smooth enough to wear under most clothing. That being said, Princesse Tam-Tam is known for being functional, comfortable, and feminine.
We are excited to share that we have a few more groups from Princesse Tam-Tam on their way in...we will keep you posted!

Lingerie Meets Fashion Week

With New York Fashion Week behind us, we are excited to see who made a splash on the runway. In our opinion, and in light of this being a lingerie blog, we fell in love with the Spring/Summer 2009 collection by Jasper Conran. His pieces were showcased at his eponymous ready-to-wear show, but it was very much filled with lingerie and lingerie-inspired clothing.
Wouldn't it be nice if we could dress like this in real life? Actually, a lot of Conran's designs are very ready-to-wear appropriate, and simply gorgeous. You can see the rest of his designs on his website, or shop his collections exclusively at his London flagship boutique.
Below are 2 images of what we would buy if we were magically granted a gift certificate to Conran's store (in addition to every item above). We can dream!

Lingerie Inspiration

We came across a beautiful image of Natalia Vodianova on This is Glamorous, and decided to share it with you (along with a couple others). Each photo hints at luxury lingerie, whether through those cute stockings (love that photo) or the silk & lace dresses reminiscent of a chemise.
