Last year we posted on the lingerie-inspired S/S09 collection of Jasper Conran, and his Fall 2009 collection is equally noteworthy. Seriously, if we could wear his collection everyday, we would! Granted, some of his styles are a little too 'boudoir' for outerwear looks, but you get the point. We simply love how intimate apparel was so beautifully incorporated into the designs. It's also fun to see how striking a pair of stockings can make an outfit look so glamorous.

Lingerie Meets Fashion Week

With New York Fashion Week behind us, we are excited to see who made a splash on the runway. In our opinion, and in light of this being a lingerie blog, we fell in love with the Spring/Summer 2009 collection by Jasper Conran. His pieces were showcased at his eponymous ready-to-wear show, but it was very much filled with lingerie and lingerie-inspired clothing.
Wouldn't it be nice if we could dress like this in real life? Actually, a lot of Conran's designs are very ready-to-wear appropriate, and simply gorgeous. You can see the rest of his designs on his website, or shop his collections exclusively at his London flagship boutique.
