ostrich feather gloves via Faire Frou FrouWe seem to have glove fever these days, as they really are a wonderful way to accessorize for a sexy look (just as stockings are a great way to amp up your appearance too). And we're not just talking any gloves, we're talking about the luxurious, long opera length that are the equivalent of dressing your arms in Black Tie. Whether it's done in lace, satin or sheer silk (or accented with feathers!), the effect is usually pretty dazzling.
Gloves seem to be making a comeback in the lingerie market, which seems to be a result of the growing fascination with burlesque (thank you Dita von Teese).
On a side note we found these images of lace cuffs by Maison Close which deserved a mention in our glove post. These cuffs ("poignets") are the racy cousin of the opera length glove!
