Dottie's Delights - Pin-Up Extravaganza!

We thought it would be fun to whet your appetite with one of the latest designers to hit the lingerie scene: Dottie's Delights.  This adorable label is certainly inspired by burlesque and pin-up, which are two of our favorite things!  2011 marks the year that Dottie's Delights is crossing over from being an Etsy shop to being carried in select stores across the US.  Not only that, but the designer is pairing up next month with Faire Frou Frou darling Love, Lulu Mae to be part of A Pin-Up Extravaganza in Chicago.  That means you get dolled-up in retro-inspired lingerie, top it off with fun accessories and memorialize it by being photographed by Jane J Gaspar.  Sounds like fun to us!  To RSVP and learn more about being part of this cheeky event (which takes place on February 5, 2011), visit the Dottie's Delights blog here.

Tokens of Affection - Rifle Paper Co.

For those of you who have been to our Studio City boutique you've probably noticed that we have always carried a small selection of greeting cards (naturally a little something to go with the perfect gift of lingerie).  Today we are super excited to share our latest shipment with you from Rifle Paper Co.  There was no resisting the cuteness of their Valentine's cards!  Attached are a few images showing you some of the darling little items we picked out.
We have more little Valentine's goodies headed our way over the next few days in addition to our regular lingerie shipments, so make sure to pop in when you have a chance!

Introducing: Little Frou Frou Fashionista

It is our great pleasure to share our latest little project with you, and that's the creation of our mini blog oh-so-originally called Little Frou Frou Fashionista.  It's essentially a website for us to post images that inspire us on any given day.  The mini blog will not be as lingerie-focused as this site, but certainly won't be a departure from our typical frou-frou style.  The above images are examples of photos we have posted (or will post) that give you an idea of what to expect.

We gushed about this last week on our Facebook and Twitter pages, but felt there was the need to shout this news from one more arena.  The fabulous Dita von Teese was recently interviewed by PopSugar's Fresh Guide and shared her favorite places to shop in Los Angeles...and wouldn't you know one of her top 6 places includes our lingerie boutique Faire Frou Frou!

Hello, Pretty French Girl

This post is pretty much our (good) stereotype of the French woman; she wears pretty little intimates with her tousled bed hair, smoky eyes and this one even has the most adorable nautical/school-girl sweater.  The first picture, with the corset skirt (we think that's what it is) is really what inspired this post.  The rest just fell into place and needed to be shared!
