This photo shoot, appropriately titled Inside Out, is the latest in a host of editorial features on the innerwear as outerwear trend. This is a wonderful interpretation of the trend and not overtly sensual as one might think. The mix of the cozy 3.1 Phillip Lim sweaters with delicate details of a pretty bra suggest a dressed-down look for home that's quite easy to put together. When it comes down to it, the lingerie as outerwear trend is all about appropriately layering pieces to create a dynamic look. We've seen it dressed-up on the runway (a la Dior) and more realistically shown for how we would wear it here.

I really like that those are mostly looks you can actually wear on the street! The basque and the shorts is totally something I could imagine to wear on a warm Summerweekend!
